New website, same focus: hiring and training great salespeople

“Wait… you also do training?”

Startups evolve quickly, and hyrise is no exception.Our purpose has remained the same since we launched in 2021 - to enable people to launch rewarding careers in tech sales and excel at their jobs. Our business model, however, transitioned from being primarily B2C to B2B. Here’s a brief summary of our last 3 years 👇

  • We launched in 2021 as a tech sales bootcamp: we trained people first, helped them land a job after. •
  • In 2022, we evolved our model to placing people first, and then training them on-the-job. Our recruiting product line was born.
  • In 2023, we started selling our on-the-job training to existing teams as a standalone. Companies naturally came to us and asked if we could also train their existing teams. Our training product line was born.Consequently, we started paying more attention to companies, and focused on helping them build high-performance sales teams. As of today, we have two distinct product lines tackling the two major blockers to achieve this: hiring and training great salespeople

hyriseRecruiting

Through hyriseRecruiting, we help companies hire pre-vetted sales talent fast. We meet with every company, understand their requirements, and deliver qualified candidates that have been screened and prepared directly to their inbox or ATS of choice. Our focus is on efficiency: hire fast, having fewer, more qualified interviews. Once hired, every candidate receives 2 months of complimentary training to ensure a faster ramp-up.

hyriseTraining

Through hyriseTraining, we boost sales teams performance through personalized, continuous trainings. We know one-time trainings have little impact, so we focus on continuous (minimum 6 months), personalized training for teams and individuals. We work with the best sales trainers in the industry and have an extensive library of content in German and English.

We soon realised that we were much better known in the industry as a provider of great sales talent than for our training. We decided to revise our positioning, create 2 separate sub-brands and launch a new website that better reflected our value proposition and the huge impact we’ve had on companies and people throughout the years.
